Check-in process is very streamlined and only a few minutes and I was on my way. Equinox was moved immediately to the staging/prep area and the entire process of servicing and inspecting the vehicle took just over an hour. Pick-up was quick and simple as well, with it being just a few minutes. Technician went over the service record and again, I was on my way.

We had picked up some debris in the road and it was stuck in the tire. We tried several locations to get a new tire. My vehicle has special order tires and no one seem to be able to help or wanted to help. We pulled into this location and the parts department dropped everything to help us out. The tech was able to find a tire and on his way into work the next morning he picked it up and brought it in with him. They treated our car with respect and kept us informed on all aspects. Was able to get appointment quickly. Had to return though because defective spark plug was installed. Problem was fixed quickly.
