I would say for a car dealership. It is what you would expect. There are very friendly people. But their goal is to make you buy a car and to get all the money they can out of you. (Changes price to higher price a few days after we test drove it, added extra fees to add the "window tint package" that they already installed so you have to pay for it.) Although technically our last scheduled Zactek application was beyond expiration date, Reliable allowed us to make an appointment. It had been very cold, snowy, etc. before that date. Now the car looks great again, thanks to this great service.

Staff were great, but services were very over priced. I'm sure the staff are required to over charge. Owners seem to be greedy and take advantage of people needing help.
