My wife and I were traveling to Branson, MO for a Thanksgiving getaway. Just outside of Springfield, our Chevy Equinox lost power going up hills. I contacted OnStar and got a diagnosis of a problem between the engine and transmission. The operator gave us directions to the nearest Chevrolet dealer. which was Reliable Chevrolet. The people there are extremely nice and very helpful i was very happy with the service i got there
Average experience this time. I had four new tires put on and was told I could use an alignment to avoid wear on the tires. Now, they did everything else just great except now I have a bizarre alignment issue where my car is pulling to the left which I have never had since I have had the car. Only thing that makes it tolerable is its not extreme but obvious. I went back in for realignment &now have been told all I can do is change some stationary part, and that I need to take it to Mitsubishi

Although I didnt buy the car since it had been modified by the previous owner, the dealership reached out to me very quickly. Their communication is awesome. Uniquely thorough and pleasant.

My car was still dirty inside even though the service ticket said it was cleaned.
charge for part of service was misrepresented at start.Also my car was sitting in building and no one came to get me after 2 hrs.
