Matthew was a great and friendly agent to work with at the dealership and was informative about the products he was over. I know it took a while because I threw you a curveball in the way I wanted to finance my vehicle, but you worked diligently to help me. In the end, I played a part in helping to make some changes for the better. Thank you, everyone, and you were a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

We had a wonderful experience at Reliable. We got a great deal on a 2015 Toyota RAV 4. The only negative thing I can say is that the dealer fee was $499 which was higher than most dealers in the area. When I asked for an explanation on the paper work fee the salesman was very vague with me.

The communication could have been much better. I had to call them to find out my car was going to take an extra day. Gained an extra star from me because it ended up being cheaper than my quote. Hoping my car is actually fixed because I still smell burning coolant.
