Ford was my service advisor and it was wonderful working with him. Very thorough and understood my point of you. His communication was excellent as well. Separately, I met with Mike Lujan about an offer to purchase my vehicle back. Although I’m not interested, he listened to me and understood.

Oliver was great! He was very patient with our indecisive mind and truly understood the value and decision we were making. Provided us with good information and walked us through the entire process I did go a little lower on the reliable experience as it took longer than expected and while Jesse was great, there were other internal processes that took longer and made it a bit frustrating. Other than that both Oliver and Jesse were great!
