He was courteous and very knowledgeable about my furnace problem. He even took the time to explain how the mechanics of my furnace works and put my mind at ease. I must admit that I was incredibly happy with the knowledge and professionalism provided by heating and cooling. We had just spent upwards of $20,000 installing a completely new system and we needed reliable heating and cooling to come in and address some of the technical issues that existed (another company did the install). Reliable spent SO much time troubleshooting while remaining determined and vigilant in getting our system in place without hitting us with an incredibly large invoice.
