Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Worst service in NYC. Their services are not “Reliable”. I called them for AC repair at one of my business. The technician came on Friday and left within 20 min. He rescheduled the appointment on Monday. Since Monday morning, no one is answering call. The tech picked up calls 4 times and hung up. If you need immediate assistance, go with other people.

Our technicians went to the location 3 times on Monday and the business was closed, the phone number you provided us with continued to go to voicemail when the tech called.
