Superb experience! Salesman Jamie was exceptional! He went out of his way to find the car I wanted; didn't try to sell me one I didn't want. Not having a new vehicle for many years left me pretty uneducated and Jamie never let me feel "stupid" even when I asked the same question numerous times. He taught me how to use all the new electronics and was never more than a phone call away. He even came out to my house to program my garage door opener when I failed at it numerous times! Truly a 5 star experience for me!

Fantastic Buying Experience Our salesman,Ben,was very knowledgeable about the Mazda products.He was very thorough and helpful in making sure we knew about all the features in our new vehicle. This wasn't our first experience with Reliable Mazda. They met all of our needs last time we dealt with them. That's why we returned this time and they didn't disappoint. Great place with great staff Andrew Edwards was my sales rep at the Pre-Owned Zone. Went there knowing exactly what I wanted, was pre-approved by my bank, yet Andrew helped me get an even better rate through one of their other lenders. I would highly recommend this place and Andrew!

Good car buying experience, but not perfect. Reliable Mazda was a good experience, our salesperson, Ben, was great and the finance office was very friendly and professional as well. My only complaint is that they still use the run back and forth, to the manager, tactic when dealing with price.

Excellent Car Buying Experience I can't say enough good things about our Sales Rep, Travis Remmich. He was extremely knowledgeable and I never felt pressure in any way shape or form.
