2016 Hyundai Sonata SE Absolutely the most pleasant experience we've ever had in buying a vehicle (and we've bought quite a few)! No pressure, thoroughly honest. We did lots of online and phone legwork prior to our decision to purchase and they offered the best deal for the car we wanted and then followed through when we came to buy. All three employees that we worked with - initial phone service, salesman, and finance - were wonderful.

Happy with my Service Reliable Imports is a first class dealership that I would highly recommend. Everyone is very professional, courteous, and friendly. Great Service I have a 2012 Tucson, I recently purchased. It had a tire sensor light that came on and Misty Swank assisted me in getting an appt set up quickly so I could get my issue fixed and resolved. Adam took car of me in the shop and I had follow up calls afterwards to ensure my service went well.

Things get better I attempted to buy a Sonata at this dealership 5 years ago and had one of the worst buying experiences of my life. It was so bad I would not even consider going back to this dealership. We moved closer and I decided to give them a shot before I went back to my other dealers. This time it was the total opposite. Oil Change Just had my 2011 Sonata's oil changed, I love the MPP service, so handy to call Misty Swank to get an appt set up and they wash and clean out your car and rotate tires.
