I don’t live near a Lexus dealer, so I’ve been struggling with a tech issue for a while. While I was in town, I stopped by Reliable Lexus and met Mark. He figured it out fast and explained it in a way that made sense to me. I asked a bunch of questions, and he was real patient and kind about it. Just really thankful for his help, great guy!
Kery was excellent! He sold me my previous Lexus and helped us upgrade to a newer model. Mark thoroughly explained all the newer features and taught us a lot about them. We really appreciate his help!
