I had an amazing experience purchasing my 2025 Lexus NX at Reliable Lexus! Chad and Mark were wonderful to work with. They both stayed after hours on Halloween just to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was comfortable with all the features. Chad was a pleasure to work with throughout, and Mark took the time to walk me through all the tech, which made me even more excited to drive my new car. I'm so thrilled with my Lexus NX and truly grateful.

Met Drew L at Toyota, and eventually made our way back to Lexus. He kept in contact with us periodically. Initially the Lexus vehicle we wanted had a scratch, but we ended up eventually getting the model we wanted. Your finance department honestly took too long to wait on. But Drew and Mark were very nice to work with. Overall the experience was great!

Today was the best day EVER! !!!! Finally picked up my car ( IS350 FSport)!!! It was quite a journey for me, a year + months and it was all worth it thanks to Chad Betzler!!! He has been truly awesome!!! Let me tell you!! That man stuck it out with me in this journey. He’s been consistent and thorough all the way through.
