Sales people were great but they need more people for financing. Waited a long time for financing.
Had an appointment, didn't wait long. Dylan was very nice. And didn't wait long was fast service
Excellent experience as always. Dylan was helpful as always. He handled the service quite well. I do want to mention that the car hood was not properly shut. I noticed that when I reached home. That was the only negative thing.
Lots of work in (3) weeks and spent $10,000 in repairs that started with an oil change and a battery replacement! The amount we spent was the price of the car if we had sold it! Would have loved the opportunity to trade the 2015 Murano in for a new 2025/2026! Spending $63,000 in (2) months isn’t how we intended to spend our nest egg of hard earned 30+ years of savings!!!
