RecommendedNeil was awesome!!! On a whim I asked if y'all treated for mice. He said yes, helped me with the attic door, set traps out and educated me on what I should be looking for. We now have a stack of sticky traps!!! Great customer service every month!!

They were good for a while. Last service the tech walked around the property for maybe 2 minutes then left. Didn't address the ant hills, the wasp nest, and did not spray. Sent multiple emails concerning this and was eventually told it was taken care of. Received an email telling me they were going to send me to collections. I responded with summation of the concern and that I was not paying for a service that was not provided. The company's response "Not a problem. Definitely not getting any recommendations inside our Neighborhood after spitting on a neighbors porch when he kindly denied to hear a sales pitch
don't recommend a company that comes knocking on my door at almost 9pm with a no soliciting sign. thank you for making the dog bark and waking the baby of multiple of us in our neighborhood. poor customer service and really doesn't want any of us to use your company.
Some handheld equipment went missing from garage after they came.
They do not keep their word. I was dumb and changed from Aptive trying to help a local base company and wrong thing to do. We keep having ant problems over and over again. It’s like they don’t even treat it at all. I never had this issue with Aptive never had to call them back for in between services. It’s obvious what they use is by far better. Customer service sucks horribly they put a manager on the phone states she will return my call in 24-48 hours but what good is that if I’m having ant problem now? This isn’t the fi... read more
