Stay away from this company. They offered free first service but then came back three weeks later and charged us when service interval is supposed to be three months. Had to call them out multiple times because they couldn’t fix the problem. Then try to charge us because we signed a contract. As I see it they didn’t live up to there end of the contract.
Trash! They lied about being the company my new house was built with. Meaning they shouldn’t have to spray inside my house because their lines are built into the walls. All they would have to do is connect to the outside spout..,, well the sales guy lied. And when you try to call them they refuse to answer or call back...When the tech came out to spray he was confused and said no they don’t do that. They told me he would spray my whole fence line and they didn’t even do half my back yard. Never would recommend this company!
Harassing people going door to door, not wearing masks, poor business management. Hope your rep doesn’t set foot on my property again.
Unfortunately Reliant Pest Management was not diligent during the explanation of their services and a certain amount was agreed upon verbally then signed for, basically BLIND, via an iPad. When requesting a refund, after our debit card was unknown to us, being charged via autopay, they advised us of a $100 FEE REPAYMENT to repay the "discounted" initial fee. We feel scammed. I am extremely disappointed that Reliant Pest Management wasn't willing to work with us to make this right.
What kind of pesticide are you using? Are you spraying just the water? Your stuff is not able to kill any roaches. In last service, I put three cockroaches in a ziplock bag and requested the service man to spray your stuff in, then I closed the ziplock bag for 15 days but cockroaches inside survived for 15 days. Have told the door knockers that we are not in San Antonio, so their “permit” does not apply and we are gated community that does not allow door to door soliciting but they still keep doing it.
They barely spat and I'm constantly killing spiders and bugs. Not very effective in their spaying treatment

On Fri., Aug11 at 8:10pm, an arrogant and condescending sales rep on a segway was at my home in Bryan. His behavior has me going with another pest management company. In defense of his arrogant approach, he said, "I am direct and to the point." As I asked to make sure Reliant was the company name, he replied, "I don't care. I am part owner of the company."
