I cannot say enough good things about Renee Frelly and the dedication she showed throughout my home-buying journey. What should have been a straightforward FHA 203(k) loan turned into a months-long challenge involving an unresponsive realtor and three different contractors. Renee was awesome to work with. Our buying process took over a year and Renee was with us helping and giving us updates often. When it came time to finally make an offer on our place Renee was ahead of the game and already had our stuff ready to go. It was so great to have her and the entire team getting us to the finish line as we approached closing.

Renee was extremely help throughout the home process. She was very attentive during the paperwork/underwriting process and kept up update along the way. We had buying a home in 2026 but didn’t not expect to be moving into our dream home to start 2026. Renee made that dream a reality and extremely grateful and look forward to working with Renee on the next home purchase!
