Very rude and untrustworthy. Whole experience was very sketchy and nothing we were told was truthful. Many mistakes were made and we had to suffer the consequences. I felt belittled on multiple occasions. Our loan officer was on a call with my wife on speakerphone and didn't realize I could hear her speaking poorly about me to my wife who also could not believe what she was hearing. Very unprofessional.
The whole home buying experience could not have been possible without Renee Frelly! From the moment we spoke she quickly explained the whole process to me so that I could understand. That has never happened in my experience and I'm no spring chicken! But I did not know legal terms and steps needed to do to be able to purchase our home.
