Renee Henderson kept us informed at every step of securing our loan. We felt comfortable that she was looking out for our best interest. Building a home and securing a loan during COVID-19, was challenging but Renee made the process as smooth as she could. Even if it meant a call to the VA to verify requirements and eligibility, on our behalf. I would definitely recommend Renee if you’re in the market to buy a home and need a broker.

We were First Time home buyers and Renee was the rock that was there to help us through the entire process. She sat with us and answered all of our "Many" questions and explained the entire process clearly and in terms we could understand. She got us the best interest rate we could and after our builder delayed our closing she fought for us to keep the rate. She was the best part of our home buying experience.

Renee was great to work with and did everything in her power to help us with our home loan. She stayed in contact with me while she was on vacation with any update she had received and was always quick to respond throughout the whole process. I knew nothing about home loans and she would answer any question I had and would explain every step to me so that I had a clear understanding of what everything meant.
