This is the 3rd time I’ve used Renee at CrossCountry Mortgage and I haven’t been let down yet. She makes the whole overall stressful process of buying a home not so bad. She will go above and beyond for her customers and make sure your best interests are being taking care of.
Renee helped me greatly with my VA loan process. I originally started with two other companies, but both dropped the ball. Their loan officers didn't even bother to reach out to me. My Realtor and I were constantly trying to reach someone. Then Renee picked up the ball and closed in a week and a half, where it was taking the other two companies 3-4 months with no closing date in sight. I highly recommend her.
I just bought my first home and Renee made the home buying process easy. She works for you and is always there to answer questions. She was able to close on my house in under 3 weeks from offer to moving in. She is absolutely amazing to work with and helped me immensely. I would recommend her to anyone that asks with out a doubt in my mind. She really did make this process easy and removed so much worry from my mind!
