Worst experience ever. Countless scheduling incidents, disrespectful staff and a rude manager with the least sense of customer service. If you have had laser hair removal treatments before, you know that it hurts, especially in sensitive areas (there’s a reason why they recommend using numbing cream). This place has constantly rescheduled and NEVER can get their shit together! been told I don't have time to complete your services on many an occasion. Usually rescheduling to come back the next day. All of the technicians are wonderful, the machines are very nice (and have fans!), and the staff is always helpful. I began with the bikini area and had such great results that I'm now doing the underarm area as well. I've even referred girlfriends here. I highly recommend it.
