Editorial review from Citysearch Great technicians, terrible support staff and management. Sometimes spa room, towels, and robes are dirty.
Terrible. They cancelled my appointment 5 times and then when I finally had an appointment hold I sat for 45 minutes after my scheduled time and had people dusting over my head while I was waiting. Yuck!
Terrible services, I would not recommend to anybody. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

I do not recommend Renew med spa. They have burned and damage my face with the laser system (fraxel) they only stolen my money. I request for my files to bring it to my doctor and they never give me a copy. The owner she is liar always saying we will send you an email of it and never happens.
