Great experience with Re-new digital. I had a carestream 9300 installed in the office. Great team from the customer support via-telephone. Gave great and efficient service getting everything ready for install day. Every went as planned. The day that was set for install as of day one was completed as promised. Excellent service. Andrew W. was an amazing technician and expert. Even the crate got shipped in with dehumidifying buckets to preserve the unit. I also love the fact that tech support is a simple call away and they are able to address anything immediately.

My experience with your company has been wonderful. The efficiency of getting everything in place for delivery and installment was terrific. J.R. Who installed the equipment was on time was, very efficient and obviously more than capable of installing and demonstrating to me how to use the equipment as a whole. Then when the itech from at&t managed to screw up our IP on the computer when he put in our work-fi, JR. and John were terrific.
