Smooth sailing through set up and installation process. The whole team is very thorough and covers every detail. Training right after the installation, left my staff and myself very confident on the usage of equipment. Our office recently received a CS 8100 3D machine. From start to finish the service was great. Our project coordinator Rebekah was extremely organized and on the ball. Our lab and training manager John made the experience very smooth and easy to understand. The IT support when I call in is also very helpful and professional on the phone. Overall this is a great company!
