My experience was terrific! From start to finish there was plenty of support, Jessica was there to answer any questions that came up and made sure I got all the needed documents for installation. What can I say about the installation, Kevin was the man, not only did he get everything up and running, but gave a very comprehensive tutorial. Post installation support also makes me very happy I went with Renew Digital for my Gendex HD 500.
