This was my first time getting a massage at Renew. Since it was they provided a discount! My massuse was Sondra and she was wonderful! She was extremely attentive, asking questions to help better understand why my shoulders and upper back may be so tight. Matt the front desk staff member was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to booking my next massage the Sondra.

Renew Massage has always been my go to for quality massages. I live next to the Denver one, but wanted to try out their Golden location. The studio was new, clean, and up-to-date. My masseuse was excellent, pressure was perfect. I have flat feet (no arches) which means my feet do a lot of heavy lifting, and I requested special attention. My masseuse gave extra special attention to them. They feel so much better. In fact, I'm using them to type this review out right now. That's how good it was. Definitely going back soon.

Just had an amazing massage by Willow! Pressure was great and I usually dont fall asleep during a massage but I almost did and that says a lot :). Willow was so sweet! Cant wait to come back!
Massage therapist were very professional, kind and made my massage very relaxing. They were accommodating with my schedule. Spouse and I both enjoyed it very much.

Great place to get a relaxing massage . I did not have an appointment but was put on a wait list. The very next day I had an appointment due to a cancellation.

Me and my husband recently started receiving massage therapy at Renew and absolutely LOVE this place!! Bernetta and Tobey are both amazing ladies and gifted massage therapists! They both take the time to really listen to your needs and then taylor the massage just for you. We are very happy with the service we receive here!

My husband and I were going to do a couples massage tonight as we got a gift card for Christmas. We scheduled the appointment a few weeks ahead, and this morning I got a text that one of the masseuses wasn't coming in, and that we would need to reschedule if we still wanted the couples massage. There are often several clients who are impacted so the situation becomes fluid as we're trying to move things around to accommodate everyone.
