Bernetta was incredible. I'm someone with very stiff shoulders/back from work and she worked all of that out in one session. The facility is clean, all of the staff were very sweet and welcoming. I found Renew from a Google search and felt confident with booking after reading their fantastic reviews. I was not disappointed and will definitely be back to see Bernetta!
I have been going here regularly for about four months, and it's been magnificent. They offer a variety of styles of massage, which can be coupled with things like cupping and CBD infused lotions. I signed up for the monthly massage membership, which saves me a bit on my services. Tammy is the masseuse I've been seeing, and she has a magical touch in addition to a kind heart. The staff, generally, are wonderful! I highly recommend checking out Renew if you're searching for quality massage therapy!
I'm very torn about posting this for fear that I won't be able to schedule my massages anymore haha. But I cannot say enough good about Kat and Isabelle! They're both amazing humans and have treated me and my company with nothing but complete professionalism. I've been to a few places around the Denver area but Renew takes the #1 spot by a long shot. This company and their employees truly believe and practice doing what's right for their clients. I will absolutely continue to book with Kat and Isabelle!
Omg. First, it's been over two years since I've treated myself or even had the option of treating myself to a massage. We are slowly walking into a post COVID world and Renew Massage completely lived up to its name. Specifically, Renew Massage was embodied by a wonderful masseuse named Tammy. highly recommend Tammy ! she's such a wonderful human and an incredible massage therapist . i've seen her twice and I plan on seeing her more! she's so knowledgeable and sweet ! her massages are top notch ! i've gotten a million massages and can honestly say she's one of the best! check her out! her cupping is also on point!

I have been to the other location in Denver and booked a massage at the new Golden location based on the availability. It wasn't too far from the Denver location to drive to, and what a great experience! The staff was respectful, kind, and welcoming. The entire place was clean and inviting. I received a 60 minute therapeutic massage from Jamison. It was just what I needed to completely relax. will definitely be going back!
I have enjoyed my appointments at Renew for the past several months to treat my chronic neck pain from a whiplash injury. The new studio is beautiful and very soothing. I particularly enjoy receiving deep tissue/cranial sacral/general trigger point massages from Tammy. She is very knowledgeable about multiple techniques and always makes sure that I am comfortable. I definitely recommend Renew Massage Studio!
