Worst experience I’ve ever had started this process back in August and still haven’t received. My windows been canceled on four times now they won’t answer my phone calls and they got $8750 of our money don’t go with Renewal By Andersen worst window company ever as of right now I just want my money back and I’ve told them that.

I would exercise extreme caution in choosing to use renewal by Anderson for any of your door or window needs. DO NOT anticipate that the beautiful door that you see in the catalogue that the sales person presents to you will be the door that actually gets installed in your home. I spent $4400 for a single patio door that has welds on it that will literally cut your finger. Had window put in had a lot of trouble with the bow window and it is show a big temperature difference than the house and they only come when the outside temperature is the same as inside and been there 6 times or more and tell me they are not going to do anything else call someone else to come and find the problem have been lied to from the sales guy all the way the only one that have been good is Sara the rest don’t care about you don’t use them I have pictures for Proof

I should have used my previous company. Very little follow up after the job was complete. had to have the doors re- adjusted but even after that I had to add my own blocks for air leaks. I would hesitate to recommend them. At the bottom of this review it says I have read THEIR terms and agree but like most, I wont read or agree, as mandated, to leave this review. I will however check the box so this goes through.

I ordered patio doors and a double window to replace damage after tornado damage. There was NO communication from the company unless I called to check on the order. The order took five months instead of three months to arrive. When installing, not all the parts were sent with the patio doors to complete. After several calls, a return visit from installers still did not complete the job. The hardware we ordered still has not been installed correctly. The paint has cracked around the doors.
