Recently ordered a trailer, the trailer is way out of square and can tell it was thrown together, don’t recommend a rock solid trailer or the salesman John deems, he won’t return calls and doesn’t care about you after you make a deposit

if you order from this company don't expect any customer service especially from Austin. I ordered a custom-built trailer. Upon delivery buy one of their salesman. I was rushed to get him back on the road because of the holiday(thanksgiving) per Austin. I was being a decent person and honoring Austins request to get them back on the road as soon as possible. with that being said. Started off really great felt great..until deep south’s poor product was delivered.trailer not even three months old floor coming apart.outside elements (dust) inside as if I have open deck trailer..last plywood panel on the back end of trailer not even on support beam.so basically floor could fall through at any moment.after many failed attempts to dealer and Deep South still no result..but finally dealer came through told me to get estimate and send over..first attempt at estimate failed.so I went to another shop gave them... read more
I have tried to call and talk to someone 4 times in the last 3 weeks. Left a voice-mail 2 times. Definitely will not be buying from Renown.
RecommendedWe still haven't received our trailer even though we were promised it would be here Wednesday and then Thursday. Communication with their office is nonexistent. So now I have to take 2 days off work and go pick it up. Once I actually get the trailer I will update my review.
My race team ordered a trailer from renown cargo trailers, and paid $500 deposit. Now three months later, I hear from Lane, who is the owner. Lane tells me that his salesperson made a mistake and had given me a price that was too low. But Lane said he would honor price because it wasn’t my fault and he would take money from salesman on difference. very nicely constructed and very well built the peaple that built my trailer was so nice and respectable I highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a enclosed trailer this is the place one stop shop Tony the owner is very honest and I will buy my next enclosed trailer from this business and am considering being a dealer aswell
