RecommendedGreat experience!!! We drove 9.5hrs from Indiana to get it. Everything from the first email all the way till I picked up my new trailer. Conrad helped me place my order and Nicole helped us when we picked it up. The lights wouldn’t work when we hooked the trailer to the truck and Nicole called someone over to look at it turns out it was a blown fuse on my truck. Nicole even offered to follow me to the auto parts store to make sure I made it safely. Thank You All!!!

RecommendedI recently ordered a 7x12x7 TA rock solid trailer from renown. the trailer itself has been great. I did have a few hiccups with the interior customization. that was not on renown though. all issues have been resolved. bottom line is I'm very happy with my new trailer inside and out and I get so many compliments on it as well.

Great sales over the phone discussing your custom order and you aren’t rushed or hastened into a decision to buy your trailer, me personally I called my salesperson several times before I made the decision to buy my dream trailer, and I was always able to talk to the same person each time because I had her cell number. Very special service for this day in age.
