Everything works and I hauled it to a motocross race this weekend fully loaded and it pulls great. I spec'd some custom items (windows, cabinets, lights, etc) and those were installed as I requested. RecommendedThey were very patient and kind to me as a newbie to the concession trailer world. The customer service is out of this world before, during and after the sale. All calls and emails have been returned or answered by Mrs Laurie Clark. She is a great Sales person. no pressure to buy no hidden cost just great people to do business with. I was treated as a VIP on my first call.

RecommendedRenown Cargo Trailers customer service has been the best service that I have received from any trailer dealer. I am a landscaper in Alabama and the process from contacting all the way to buying the trailer was hassle free and and easy. The company was more than willing to use my credit union financing over their own company and has had my trailer delivered to be fast as well. I could not recommend a better company to buy a trailer from and I will do more business with this company in the future!!
