I moved in February 2023 for the last 3 months I've had problems first time air conditioner went out it took a month to replaced it. In the month of June I've have mice in the home as of now still have them. Be careful with dealing with Renshaw. They charged me $717 but when I looked into that, they ended up actually needing to pay me $85.
This in regard to maintenance request 40835-1 filed on 2/26/21 and resolved on 3/16/21 It's important to note that during this 18 day process of 84-86 degrees in my apartment, I called them nearly every single one of these days, and I never received a single call from Renshaw. Despite multiple voicemails requesting a call back and not a text, it never happened. On 2/26/21 my AC unit started acting up. It was showing signs of instability and pressure building.
