If I could give this company a 0 star I would! We have been renting for 5+ years, we never complain and always pay rent on time. Anytime there has been a problem, we reach out & either they take forever to fix it or they just dont fix it at all and we are dealt with having to fix it ourselves and we have never been compensated for it, not even rent lowered some. A few years back our AC went out in one of the hottest months of the year. We were secluded to a bedroom with a window unit that WE had to provide and still didnt fi... read more

I have been renting from company since last year my celling fell in twice air-conditioning unit been out so many times and now my landlord wants my family out on 01/15/2023 have not gave why been paying rent on time don't have no lease I believe company been talking rent email property management about what going on no response need help with this don't think it's fair my name is ***** Primer Renshaw is not the company you should rent from

In regard to the termination of your lease, the terms of the agreement allow the owner to provide adequate notice to terminate, so they are within their rights to do so. I moved in February 2023 for the last 3 months I've had problems first time air conditioner went out it took a month to replaced it. In the month of June I've have mice in the home as of now still have them. Now I have a 424 light **** because of a water leak someone came out last week he stated he didn't see a leak so on Saturday morning I came home from work at ****am to find the hallway flooded I cleaned it up woke up 530 am Saturday had water in hallway and dripping from the ceiling I called renshaw maintenance the gentl... read more

Be careful with dealing with Renshaw. They charged me $717 but when I looked into that, they ended up actually needing to pay me $85.

This in regard to maintenance request 40835-1 filed on 2/26/21 and resolved on 3/16/21 It's important to note that during this 18 day process of 84-86 degrees in my apartment, I called them nearly every single one of these days, and I never received a single call from Renshaw. Despite multiple voicemails requesting a call back and not a text, it never happened. On 2/26/21 my AC unit started acting up. It was showing signs of instability and pressure building.
