Should be cheaper to use debit cards. But other than that the App has worked and done it's job.

Hi Heather! Thanks for your feedback. Payment fees are determined by our payment processor, not RentRedi. We recommend paying with ACH as it is only $1!
Having the app is convenient to make payments and to do request for repairs. However, it would also be nice if we would be able to have an online log in. With my phone being broken, there is no other way to pay rent and the property management does not accept payments in office.
