Just knowing that my rent is always paid on time with calendars of set dates and reminders when it is due also email alerts being notified when it was paid successfully is so nice.

The app isn't bad, but needs some improvements to rank five stars in my book. For starters, it won't let me delete a maintenance request that is no longer valid. Such as when I thought something was malfunctioning, but turned out it just needed unplugged and plugged back in, I was unable to delete the request. Told my landlord about it and he said he would get rid of it but it's still there.

I love this autopay!! This way I don't have to worry if I possibly forget to make my payment on time! Thank you so much for working with me! I can't tell you how much it means to me. With my deposit paid now, I believe I can breathe easier. Especially since they lowered my food allowance from $180 to only $65 a month. I've really been sweating it. God bless y'all for working with me 🙏🙏🙏
