It's ok. I use it when I have to. I took a star away because I'm getting emails saying "rent is now late".... Even though it was paid on time.

The app makes paying my rent very easy and simple. I use to have to pay rent with money order's which was a hassle to have to go get the money order's and take them to the landlord's office. Now with this app I can pay my rent from my phone which makes the process as simple as it could be.

Just started using this app, I'm not impressed with having a fee to pay my rent cuz it's the only option I have. But it's whatever, I'm sure it's a better option for everyone. 😊

Good app. Just too expensive just to process a payment. $16. They call it a "convenience" fee. That's an inconvenience for someone that might just have enough to make the rent payment.
