Firstly - If you have a "good" experience option I would have chosen that. There were some minor communication issues between Renu and myself, but I am honestly not sure how much of that was just due to misinterpretation between the two of us. The biggest issue I would say is that there needs to be more in depth disclosure up front about how and when things will be done. There was many "surprises" through this process. I did not know the rate she quoted me included $8000 worth of interest points until I had signed the commitment. I also needed a quick close and was told 2 weeks. I kept getting delayed for funding due to being provided mis information on timing of funding.
