Our experience with Renu was very good. Some other agents were not as pleasant. We are wondering when we will receive copies of the final papers we signed. We were told that the next payment was July first at the lower payment. The June first payment was taken out at the higher payment. Today we received the statement for the higher payment to be taken out on July first.
