Renu was kinda rude and I was ready to go elsewhere but I stayed. Her assistant Melanie Abelairas was great. Very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was fine. But I only talked to Renu twice and the last time was not pleasant. She was abrasive and kinda rude.

Communication with the loan representatives was good. I was able to get ahold of a real person to answer my questions whenever I needed. The callback response was good.
