The company as a whole is ok but the communication was horrible from Ms. Renu. Multiple people contacted me from this company and they weren’t on the same page. Ms. Stacy was good and reliable. It would be better for the customer to deal with one person not four. Nobody likes to have to resend documents or have to email multiple people for the same issue or questions.

Communication needs to be better. No calls were made into when was the notary coming. The appraisal. Sounded like we were going to get it back as in cash or credited back to our card turns out to be that it was credit in the account
