ReNu DOES NOT stand behind their products. Once they have your money and the installation is done, YOU'RE SCREWED.. They do not return calls when your system goes down and they could care less that are having issues. my system has gone down several times and they don't follow up. They have been in full since the beginning and now I've been paying and electric bill for a couple months and also not generating any money from the power grid. #Lawsuitscoming
I'll try and be polite. I've tried for numerous days to try and get ahold of anyone over there about how poorly my solar panels are performing. my best example is 5 phone calls with voice-mail, and 3 times to my sales rep. no answer. no reply. not even like a next day call. purely just ignoring me. I've had the panels on sence October. not one time sence then has it met the expectation. For Jan you produced 187 kwh and or software estimated 161 kwh, so your system overproduced in that month compared to our software. this place is an absolute scam! they get you to sign a contract with LIES then you have to hunt them down for answers. NOBODY answers the phones. Such a disappointment and I hope my review will prevent someone else from making the mistake we clearly made by choosing this company.

fraud n lied on application
I only decided to post after I’m still finding remanence of their shotty work 3 years later when my gutters were clogged yesterday because of a handful of roofing nails being lodged in the gutter. We had a ton of problems with this company and wouldn’t even return phone calls for warranty work. Unless they have a new professional crew, a new business model that doesn’t make it blatantly obvious they’re only in it for the money, and a new owner, I wouldn’t go with this company.

As of now I don’t recommend them to no one. Our panels aren’t still installed. Called the office and no return calls, poor customer service and it’s been going on for almost 2 months now. We got the panels up but the job isn’t completed. I have to keep playing tag an trying to get this job completed. On top of everything, the business man that worked for them no longer works there and we still have unanswered questions!!!! Please be advised of the poor customer service! They did not give me enough solar panels to meet my consumption. They did not install the panels where they said they were going to put them for optimal solar capture. Then they tried to say I was using too much after I raised concerns during the sales visit about adequate coverage if my consumption increased. I wouldn’t let them put shingles on my dog house! We had them rip the siding off our house 3 times. First, 4ft high and off level by 2”. Then again by 1”. And the 3rd time because they nailed it up through the weep holes! They cut through cable lines, stapled through Pex lines, and even covered up my dryer vent! And now, 2 1/2 years later, our siding is falling off in various places, the chalk job is so crappy my cat probably could’ve done a better job and my rain spouting still leaks.
