Company is basically like thieves in the night. On June 17th, (Remember this date) I had to post my first ever review of a company. That day, after one last call and a Facebook review, Renu was suddenly able to end a 3 month drought and return calls and sent a young man that they pulled off another job from 2 hours away to get my parents system up and running again. Horrible Company. Endless lies and hopeless promises.
THEY STAND BEHIND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AND THEY POST SOME FALSE, POSITIVE, REVIEWS OF THEMSELVES.. June 17th was the last time I had to post a negative review, and the first time that I had ever posted a review of anyone. After 3 months of endless calls for a system that went down and we could not get anyone to return our calls. It has been a nightmare working with ReNu for solar! I have called and called and called….always told someone will call me back later in the day, they never do. It’s been a week since we have had a work order in with sunnova. ReNu can’t find the work order and said our panels are working well no they aren’t. We had an electric bill because they aren’t….they want to do the install and then they ditch you. Once you discover a problem it will take them a week to get someone scheduled and then a week to get out here so you lose... read more
