This company offered the product I needed. When I got it I realized I ordered the wrong part for what I thought was an iPad 2 and it was an iPad Air. I didn't return the product because it would've cost me more than what paid for the item. I contacted the company via email and customer services was great. We spoke about FedEx shipping and the one thing that struct me as a rude comment was "we don't control FedEx!". Excellent timing, got here in 2 days, I'm using it right now. I can tell it's not of the same quality as my original SPen. It is lighter and the tip is looser, but it works and I'm happy.
