Got nothing but 5 stars for these folks @ RepairPartsUSA. I ordered a stylus for my note 8. I received it damaged but after contacting Jay @ RepairPartsUSA He immediately had a replacement stylus on the way. So, as far as problem resolutions are concerned these folks has got it together.
