I looked into a refi, decided not to. Things changed, I investigated again. . .Every time Resa and her staff were super accommodating providing rapid data from which I could make a decision. They were very helpful and courteous when I first declined to continue the process, and then equally helpful during the long process to refi during a pandemic along with everyone else. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having Resa taking care of my clients contingency offer made the process seamless without any delays! As busy as everyone has been in real estate it was one of my easiest escrow's I have had by far.
