Resa was always quick to answer any questions we had. She was very thorough, kept us informed and was always available throughout the whole process. VIP Mortgage is lucky to have her! The system we had to work with to get the documents to Resa was also very easy. It was painless.
I began working with Resa in early March. From that time forward she worked through two Fed half point reductions, extreme fluctuations in both credit and lending and a COVID- 19 pandemic. She was calm, controlled and communicative through the entire process. Further, when it got time to make a decision I asked “what call would you make?” She told me, we committed and the rate is just perfect .Finally, the litmus test for her profession is character. It is a core attribute for her.
