Lived here two years Great area, clean, quiet. No issues wiht neighbors and all concerns are addressed swiftly and efficiently. Maintenance staff is amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about abby and allison in the office.

Welcome Home Kaylynn was patient, kind, and an incredible listener throughout the entire process of helping me find a place to call home. Her professionalism made everything feel smooth and stress-free, and I always felt heard and supported. Her pleasant smile and encouraging words truly made a difference, turning what could have been an overwhelming experience into a genuinely positive one. Saved the Day I can’t say enough good things about Frank at The Reserve at Walnut Creek. My car was completely stuck in a mound of snow, and despite my best efforts—jumping in and out of the car just to warm up—I was getting nowhere. I was cold, frustrated, and just about ready to give up and call off work. Then, like an angel, Frank appeared on a golf cart with a shovel and a broom. Kindness-Thank You I want to give a huge thank-you to Olivia. Her kindness truly meant the world to me. When I hurt my leg and was unable to walk, I called the leasing office to see if there was any help available with taking out my trash. Alison and Abby I have been at Walnut Creek for 2 years with no issues. I recently have a problem that needed to be addressed asap. I didnt know how or if it was going to be resolved and I was considering moving as my lease was at end. The reason I chose to stay was because of Alison and Abby in the office. They listened and IMMEDIATELY took action, the same day. They followed up and continued to take steps when the situation continued. Just move in Olivia was beyond helpful during my tour. I walked in in a Saturday with no appointment and she saw to me immediatly. Olivia is the main reason I wanted to live in the commuity, she is wlecoming and friendly!

Repeat Renewer I have lived a this complex over 5 years. I've seen two different management companies, many neighbors, and lots of staff. I have renewed time and time again because I simply love my apartment. PROS - I love how close the complex is to Easton, and we are only 15 minutes from downtown. - Staff is super friendly and approachable.
