I've lived here for two years I have lived here for two years. And I have to say the new management is wonderful. They are definitely listening to our concerns and addressing them. Everytime I have had a question they are so quick to answer and are so kind. The parking is really the main thing that can get annoying. It's people who want to park against the curb and block the street just because they don't want to park a little farther from their apartment. Not too bad. We moved into a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment mid-May. It was great upon arrival. However, we had some electrical issues resulting from the breaker not being set correctly, and some light bulbs not being provided, which the maintenance team quickly fixed. Our closet by the front door does not open. We were told that our washer and dryer would be ready when we moved in, but we did not get it for 4 weeks, and once we did, the maintenance man left the instruction manual inside when he turned it on.
