Reserve at Walnut I have resided at this apartment complex since 2015. My living experience has been wonderful! It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, maintenance request are handled expeditiously. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I love it when they cater to the tenants. Always offering nice perks such as guessing what's in a jar and you will win, free items sometimes, taking care of others by providing can goods, etc. normally around Thanksgiving/Christmas. experience at Reserve at Walnut Creek I've lived here about 15 months. I love the apartment - it's very cozy. I like the pool and workout facility. There are issues with a lot of litter on the creek bank that doesn't seem to get cleaned up timely, litter on the sidewalks and parking lot. I've had issues with getting my a/c fixed during the summer. I've had 4 calls to fix, and it still isn't right. Not sure I can recommend this apartment complex to others.
The staff is amazing I've never experienced deferred maintenance since Champion came around. Every problem I've had, every concern, everything has been taken care of so promptly. Couldn't ask for a better team.
