Love it here My family loves it here! Abby is an absolute gem, along with Olivia and Adrian. They always respond promptly, especially with maintenance. The pool is open longer than most pool seasons, the gym is always clean and has new equipment. We also get free Starbucks and access to a movie theater! Weve been here 6 years and havent heard a peep from any neighboring apartments, so noise control is also top tier
Love it here As title says… for the price, its amazing what you get here. The pool, the cleanliness of the outdoor areas, clubhouse and gym… the movie theater is awesome, love the thick carpet, not the cheap stuff everywhere else has, staff is friendly and maintenance is superb.

Reserve at Walnut I have resided at this apartment complex since 2015. My living experience has been wonderful! It's quiet, neighbors are friendly, maintenance request are handled expeditiously. The staff is always very nice and friendly. I love it when they cater to the tenants. Always offering nice perks such as guessing what's in a jar and you will win, free items sometimes, taking care of others by providing can goods, etc. normally around Thanksgiving/Christmas. experience at Reserve at Walnut Creek I've lived here about 15 months. I love the apartment - it's very cozy. I like the pool and workout facility. There are issues with a lot of litter on the creek bank that doesn't seem to get cleaned up timely, litter on the sidewalks and parking lot. I've had issues with getting my a/c fixed during the summer. I've had 4 calls to fix, and it still isn't right. Not sure I can recommend this apartment complex to others.
The staff is amazing I've never experienced deferred maintenance since Champion came around. Every problem I've had, every concern, everything has been taken care of so promptly. Couldn't ask for a better team.
