Absolutely the worst casino ever the slots are rigged to take all your money and not pay this place is not regulated by the gaming commission
Robbery without a gun lost thousands on the new wheel of fortunes totally rigged couldn't even get a spin owners are full of it need to be reported to the gaming commission
I was there yesterday absolutely brutal I used to go here when they had the old wheel of fortune used to win and have a great time well all of those were replaced with new wheel of fortune I lost 1000 didn't get a single win over 60 bucks I was betting 5 dollars a spin those machines don't pay despite what the owner says slots are rigged this casino has started robbing their customers to pay for all the renovations I won't be going back
I am i shock. I come here sometimes. Recently I completed to security about derelicts roaming casino, watching my every move. They said they were aware. That is all. This is by far the worst casino I have played, I just don't win. I got $4 in a free game bonus on a fire ball betting $4 in the 10cents denom. What's strange tho, when I see Asians playing they be winning all the time and before the start playing they touch the machine in a weird way and then decide if they will play or not, which was pointed out by other players .One thing I'm sure of tho you all need to be investigated

Horrible casino. Quieter than a graveyard. When I asked one of the staff why the sound on the machines was turned off she said so people can hear the music. Huh?? I thought it was a casino. Nothing in this place feels like a bona fide casino. So much wasted space. No place to eat so bring your own food. Pathetic food court with only Popeyes or a lame lookin burger place that’s never open. No one going around with drinks. The place is a big bore.
I was just at resorts world casino in Queens on June 6th. I have to leave the establishment very quickly since I was mortified with what I saw. I reported it to the employees and security guards and they all told me that they have mouse everywhere. I’m a regular and doesn’t feel like coming back to this place. This is a billion dollar establishment and mice has no business being there. Do better Resorts World Casino!
