Horrible casino. Quieter than a graveyard. When I asked one of the staff why the sound on the machines was turned off she said so people can hear the music. Huh?? I thought it was a casino. Nothing in this place feels like a bona fide casino. So much wasted space. No place to eat so bring your own food. Pathetic food court with only Popeyes or a lame lookin burger place that’s never open. No one going around with drinks. The place is a big bore.
I was just at resorts world casino in Queens on June 6th. I have to leave the establishment very quickly since I was mortified with what I saw. I reported it to the employees and security guards and they all told me that they have mouse everywhere. I’m a regular and doesn’t feel like coming back to this place. This is a billion dollar establishment and mice has no business being there. Do better Resorts World Casino!
