Unfortunately last Friday I woke up to flooding of my master bathroom, walk-in closet, master bedroom due a toilet overflow during the night. Additional water spread to my kitchen and 2 halls. Tree fell through roof during hurricane Ida. Contacted Restoration One to mitigate damage and within days all ruined contents and insulation and drywall in affected areas was removed and air handlers and dehumidifiers dryed out the house in 3 days. Big shout out to Lacey, Antwon and all their crew (Terrance, Tudduck, Brenda, Wesley, Mack, Mike, Jacob, Jonathan and Halen).

David and his team have been great to work with. I highly recommend!!! They came out within 30 mins from the time I called to let them know I had water damage from a busted pipe in my bathroom. My wood floors did not have to be replaced because of their punctuality.
We had an unknown drain leak that spread water from our bathroom to our master bedroom. Luckily, we were given David’s contact information. The day we called, he came by inspected the damage, walked us through the process, answered all of our questions and got to work! We cannot say enough about his customer service! His team has fabulous work ethic! They were punctual, polite and professional! In one week, Restoration 1 had everything restored and rebuilt!
David and his team were great to work with! From the get go explained everything in simple terms, quoted price for the job was fair, and the team actually finished a day earlier than was expected. Would highly recommend!
