RecommendedThank you!!! Highly recommend!!! Found water damage in our home at 11:30 pm on Father’s Day. The next day we started to remove the damaged portions of drywall and found out our problem was much more than we had previously thought. We contacted Restoration 1 and Mark arrived here shortly after with 5 fans and 2 dehumidifiers! Not only did Mark clean and scrap and set us up, he took the time to answer all of questions and easy our minds with any concerns! Thank you Restoration 1 for giving us our house back!!
10/10 recommend David, Marissa and mark! I called David for advice when I found out my condo had gotten water from a busted pipe. I was not home when I called so I was not sure if someone was already there assessing damage or if David could even come to New Orleans since it’s over an hour away from their office/house. Cannot say enough good about this company!! They had our house dried out within a day from the recent flash flooding we had. David is one of the most honest, upfront, professional, guys I've met in a while and his work showed that! Very happy with the job done as well as the emphasis on customer satisfaction he seems to put on all his jobs!! Great work guys!!
