Competitively priced, quick to respond, timely and easy to work with. The crew was courteous, friendly, punctual, and made sure I understood the process. They were also careful to protect the carpeting, etc., and cleaned up afterward. I recommend Restoration 1 of Greater Minneapolis.
Got their bid in on time and it was very competitive. They came in quickly and removed the mold from two exterior walls in the basement. They also removed all the old moldy drywall and insulation. Very happy with their work.
Restoration 1's bid was significantly less than the other two companies I contacted, and they didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Their work was excellent, and I would recommend them to anyone.
